Superintendent Search

The Wheatland-Chili Board of Education is engaged in a search for a new superintendent to succeed Lynda Quick, Esq., who is retiring in June 2025. The Board has appointed Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES District Superintendent Thomas K. Putnam as search consultant.

The search consultant guides the district through a process that outlines candidate qualifications, publicizes the opening, and provides a timeline and review process for the board to select the next Wheatland-Chili Superintendent.

Community input is a key component to a successful search. Community members can complete a survey to provide input to the Wheatland-Chili Board on the selection of the next Superintendent at this link: monroe2boces.org/WCsurvey. The survey closes on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025.

All input will be shared with the Wheatland-Chili Board to assist them in the selection process. The goal is to have a new superintendent in place by July 1, 2025 or shortly thereafter.
