The Wheatland-Chili Transportation Department is committed to serving the school community by providing safe bus rides to all students whether they are traveling to school, home, an athletic event or field trip.

Complete this form if your child requires short-term transportation to and/or from a location other than your home. Must be submitted at least seven days prior to requested date.
2024-25 Day Care/Alternate Site Transportation Request
Complete this form if your child requires transportation to and/or from day care or a location other than your home. Must be submitted by Aug. 1, 2024.
2024-25 Private/Parochial/Non-Public Transportation Request
Complete and submit this form if your child requires transportation to attend a private, parochial or non-public school.
