Facility Use and Rental

The Wheatland-Chili Central School District encourages and supports community use of our facilities for outside events, programs and meetings. Community members can apply online to use a facility by completing the following steps:

New Users

Set up an ML Schedules account

Complete all required fields and then click the "submit" button. You will receive a confirmation email if your account setup is successful. Once your account is created, you will be able to submit applications to reserve facilities.

Existing Users

Refer to the Community User Quick Start Guide below for step-by-step instructions for account setup and reserving a facility.

Facility Use Terms and Conditions

Automated external defibrillator (AED) equipment is on site at each instructional school facility to ensure ready and appropriate access for use during emergencies.
No smoking.
Reserved spaces will be kept orderly. Any costs will be assumed by the reserving organization.
Reserved spaces will be vacated within 30 minutes of time designated.
Proceeds from events and programs taking place in reserved spaces will be used only for charitable and/or educational purposes, not for the support or benefit of the reserving organization.
If serving refreshments, please contact Food Service Director Marlos Norman to determine if a food service worker will need to be present.
A Certificate of Insurance naming the District as an additional insured is required. The organization or group that reserving the facilities pursuant to permission granted in response to the "Facility Use Request” agrees that it shall hold the District harmless from any and all liability for any injury or damage resulting from the group’s or organization’s activity in the facility and/or rising out of such use of the facility. This release applies to the use of any such district facility including both buildings and grounds.
